Jonathan's sister and I have a fantasy about opening a restaurant with all cranky waitresses. Ones that tell you you don't need dessert, you didn't have any vegetables. Or make you get your own water. She sounds like she should apply for a job there. Yeesh. We loved seeing you. Have a safe trip. BTW, I steamed halibut for dinner the other night over low heat in my Kitchen Craft skillet. Outstanding! I love halibut almost as much as I love salmon.
